About Our Train Simulator Downloads After you purchase one of our download products, please make sure that you have turned off any anti-virus, and/or firewall software. These types of programs may not only stop the download process of your train simulator add-on, but my even corrupt the file if the download works or appears to work. Please keep this note in mind whenever you plan on purchasing one of our train simulator products. Most of our MSTS downloads are in the .Zip file format, while some are in the .exe format, meaning they are self installing programs. Either way, we get emails every-so-often saying the downloads do not seem to work or they are corrupted. In all cases of these problems, it has always turned out to be an anti-virus and/or firewall program that is causing the ill effects on these Train-Sim Downloads on the customers computer. You will only have to turn off these programs before, and during your download process. Once you are finished with the process, then you can turn them back on, yes even before you install our MS Train Simulator Downloads.
